Returning and changing
WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING
If the products do not live up to your expectations, you can return them, as long as they are not used and still in the original packing.
If you cancel your order, after it has already been sent to your address, Ecodor will have to charge for the shipping costs.

All cancellations have to be done in writing to Ecodor. This can be done via e-mail, fax or mail. In the written cancellation we will need your full name and the order number.


For the reimbursement of payments (in case of upfront payments), we will also need your bank account number. Customers outside the Netherlands will also have to provide the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their bank.
Please note: the bank account number you give for reimbursement has to be the same as the bank account number you used to make the payment to Ecodor. This, to prevent any fraud.

 

Period of Reflection
You have a 7 day period of reflection in which you can return the product, without providing an explanation, starting from the day of delivery. Excluded are products that are assembled or especially prepared for you. The product can only be returned in its original packing. Costs for returning the product are for the customer (including the shipment to the customer).


Payments that were done upfront, will be reimbursed within 14 days – deducting the (shipping) costs as mentioned before.
